Project: Repair a Wood Shake or Composite Roof
Ron requires a 10% deposit before he begins work. Once they receive the deposit, they call to set up an appointment. I called before they did because an impending storm was coming. I spoke to Ron about my concern and he told me he would be out as soon as the rain subsided. He repaired the missing shingles the next day when the rain had stopped for a few hours. Ron was professional and courteous every step of the way. I would definitely use his services again

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
We had a very good experience with Certified. We received honest and forthright feedback on the project. They were willing to work financially with our small community budget. We would definitely hire them for other roof projects.
