"Ron Williams company was excellent in their service. After the most recent storm, my mother's home had some roofing shingles fly off on a very deteriorated roof. I'm sure we weren't the only home in the city facing the same issues. Even though they were backed up, this team was able to get an estimator out within a couple days and provide us with a very detailed and competitive estimate (We received 5 quotes within 2 and a half weeks). Once we heard back from our insurance company that they would indeed assist in paying for a portion of the roof where interior damage occurred, Ron Williams team graciously provided us another quote that covered the damaged portion only for Insurance, and then second with the remaining roof repair. Their communication through it all was seamless."
