Lots of detail work on this new TPO flat roof installation in Stockton CA. The existing roof surface had been roofed over 3 times without fixing the fundamental flat roof issues,  mainly drainage. The roof surfaced drained every which way and the roof drains were dilapidated.

We stripped the roofing down to the wood & removed all of the old roof drains as well. After some plumbing changes we will install the new roof drains. When the new flat roof is completed it will also greatly improve the reflectivity of the roof surface, reducing the cooling cost in the living space.
